Calendered copper foil It has a wide range of uses. Because of its various advantages, it is also a very popular product in the market. However, there are many knowledge points to understand when using. After all, many users do not know these things.

Calendered copper foil is a product that has undergone cold rolling/annealing, degreasing, antioxidant treatment, cutting, and packaging during the production process, and its surface is not plated. What you need to know here is that the treated foil is electroplated on the basis of light foil, including reddening (reddening treatment, usually roughening copper plating), blackening (blackening treatment, usually roughening of finer copper nickel alloy), and ashing (usually nickel alloy electroplating, galvanizing, chromate passivation and silane treatment) And oxidation resistance treatment (usually ZnNi and NiCr alloy plating, followed by a layer of organic silane dip coating). Especially in use, it is mainly realized by changing the rolling process conditions. The recrystallization structure of the rolled copper foil is a well-developed cubic aggregation structure. The inclination angle of recrystallized grain boundary is small and the grain is coarse. More importantly, the flexibility of the rolled copper foil with this structure is greatly improved, and the bending times are 4 times of that of the ordinary rolled copper foil.

In the melting and casting process of rolled copper foil, alloying elements are added to make the ingot alloy and improve the strength of rolled copper foil. Through proper alloying, the conductivity of rolled alloy foil is controlled above 90% IACS, the strength is several times higher than that of ordinary rolled copper foil, and the thermal property is stable. In fact, one of the main core equipment in its production is the rolling mill, and the selection requirements of the rolling mill are usually more strict. Aluminum foil rolling is characterized by strict requirements on the thickness control system, tension, speed, cooling and lubrication control of the rolling mill. Therefore, the rigidity and structure of the rolling mill should be precise, and the roll diameter should be minimized. At present, 20 high or 18 high rolling mills are used for aluminum foil rolling in European and American countries, and X type 6-high rolling mills are usually used for aluminum foil rolling in Japan. In actual production, for ultra-thin products (thickness less than 50 microns), the industry tends to use X-type 6-high mill or 18 high mill for production. In addition, the surface of the rolled copper foil needs to be roughened in the production process, mainly because the surface of the rolled copper foil is very smooth, and the surface roughness is generally only about 1 micron. The untreated copper foil surface cannot be pressed with resin.
