The copper foil of the circuit board is broken due to improper operation. If there is no way to remedy it, it will cost a lot to scrap a PCB. Therefore, in order to reduce the loss, we can do fly wire treatment at the broken copper foil, that is, connect the lines on both sides of the broken copper wire link.
If it is a bit off, it is recommended to scrape the insulating paint on the copper foil with a knife or other small sharp tool, as long as the copper is exposed, and then connect it with a little tin.
1. Clean the dirt and dust on the copper foil, and gently wipe with fine sandpaper if the corrosion and oxidation are serious;
2. Add a little rosin welding paste at the welding point;
3. Insert the element, dip the solder wire with a soldering iron and weld;
4. Copper foil can be soldered in advance;
5. The fracture shall be welded with copper wire.
